When You Sign Up: We'll bill you at checkout and your first Greenwell Pet Box will ship out in 1-3 business days via FedEx 2 Day Shipping! The cutoff date to receive the current month's box is on the 25th of the month. So if you sign up on or before the cutoff date, you'll receive the current month's Greenwell Pet Box and you'll be charged again on the 1st of the month. If you sign up after the cutoff date, you'll receive the next month's box and will not be charged again until the 1st of the following month. If you'd like to make adjustments to this schedule we will do our best to accommodate you! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
• If you sign up on or before January 25th you'll receive the January Greenwell Pet Box. On February 1st you'll be billed again and sent the February Greenwell Pet Box!
• If you sign up after January 25th you'll receive the February Greenwell Pet Box. On March 1st you'll be billed again and sent the March Greenwell Pet Box!

Greenwell Pet Boxes ship in 1-3 business days with Free 2-Day Shipping! All other items in our store ship in 1-3 business days via USPS standard shipping. We will email you your tracking number so you can follow your shipment's journey :)
Monthly Subscriptions: Your monthly Greenwell Pet Box will process on the 1st of every month and ship out within 3 business days via Free 2-Day Shipping.

You can cancel your Greenwell Pet subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and click the cancel button at the bottom of the page! If you need help, you can also contact us with your reason for cancellation and we can take care of it for you!
To initiate a return request, email email@example.com. You may request a return on any unopened product with the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not offer full or partial refunds for our subscription service boxes.
Any refunds will be to your original form of payment, excluding shipping.
