You can cancel your Greenwell Pet subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and click the cancel button at the bottom of the page! Be sure to cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month's box. Once your order processes, we can not stop the shipment from going out. If you need help, you can also contact us with your reason for cancellation and we can take care of it for you!
At checkout we prompt our customers to enter their dog's name, gender, breed & size! It's important to keep this info up to date incase we have size or gender specific items in our boxes! You can update this information at any time by logging into your account and clicking the "Update Your Dog's Profile" button! Click here for detailed instructions.
To initiate a return request, email email@example.com. You may request a return on any unopened product with the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do not offer full or partial refunds for our subscription service boxes.
Any refunds will be to your original form of payment, excluding shipping.
